What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and therapeutic suggestion to access the subconscious mind. While in a deeply relaxed, yet alert state, you're more open to suggestions that help change thought patterns and behaviours—like the urge to smoke.
This isn’t stage hypnosis or mind control. You stay in control the entire time. Hypnotherapy simply helps you bypass the conscious mind’s resistance, allowing positive changes to take root at a deeper level.

Stop Smoking
Quitting smoking is one of the best decisions you can make for your health—but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. If you've tried patches, pills, or sheer willpower and still found yourself reaching for a cigarette, you’re not alone. The truth is: smoking isn’t just a physical addiction. It’s deeply rooted in your subconscious habits, emotions, and triggers.

Fears and phobias can take 1 to 6 sessions depending on your response.

Meditation and relaxation sessions are aimed at using hypnosis to relax and destress the mind. They are very peaceful and tranquil sessions.
For people who are suffering with overload and want to truly relax and switch off.
